Localize the text. Three integers are used to represent each character. Base 8 numeral system is also referred to as octal or octo. It uses digits 0 through 7. Octal numbers can be made up of binary numbers. In an octal system, every decimal place is a power of eight as opposed to every place in a decimal system being a power of ten.

The octal number system, sometimes known as the base 8 system or Oct, makes the conversion from binary simple. One octal digit is represented by three binary digits. Binary 000 is octal 0. By dividing binary digits into three-digit groups, you can convert binary numbers into octal numbers.

Octalize the text. Three integers are used to represent each character. A base-8 number system is used here. The binary number can be made up of octal numbers. They employ powers of two that correspond to decimal numbers. With the exception of using powers of eight rather than powers of ten, octal and binary numbers are quite similar.

The base 8 system, sometimes known as the octal number system, makes it simple to switch between binary and octal. One octal digit is represented by the three binary digits. Binary 000 is octal zero. By dividing binary integers into three-groups, you can convert them to octal numbers.
